Advanced Technical Diploma in Supervision in Food and Beverage Services - Level 3

This study programme is for those learners who wish to focus their career on the front of house operations of the hospitality industry and other service sectors.

You will develop skills that will allow you to work in a variety of establishments and settings including hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars and specialist events catering or to manage your own business.

  • What are the entry requirements?

    In order to qualify for this course, you will need:

    • 5 GCSEs at grade C (new grading system: 4) or above or a related Level 2 qualification

    Entry to all courses are subject to a successful interview, a satisfactory reference from your school or employer and evidence that you will be a committed student.

Study Programme

If you are aged 16-19, this qualification will form a substantial part of your study programme. The study programme has been designed to ensure that young people are fully equipped and ready to move on to the world of work or higher level courses. In addition to your main qualification, will you also get the opportunity to undertake relevant and CV bolstering work experience out in your chosen industry. You will also be supported through maths and English qualifications.
