Vice Principal - Curriculum & Quality

David has overall strategic responsibility for the delivery of the College's quality initiatives, including overseeing the work of the academic Directors in relation to quality matters. His key responsibilities include managing the College's quality improvement strategies which include: the weekly lesson observation process, the deployment of the Teaching and Learning Development Coordinator and team of Senior Practitioners (Quality and Teaching and Learning) to support staff to improve further and, in my role as College Nominee, leading on ensuring that the College is fully prepared for the new short-notice Ofsted inspection.

David is also responsible for the administration and analysis of all stakeholder questionnaires, supporting staff to access and correctly analyse key data, the production of the College's Self Assessment Report and managing the effective completion of all improvement planning documentation.
