Head of Student Experience
Pam started her career delivering community based programmes for women returning to education and then for older aged people in Garston Liverpool. In 1996 she gained the Post 16 Teaching qualification in Adult and Further Education and moved in to teaching essential work skill programmes for disabled adults.
In 1998 Pam moved in to management at a specialist FE college for disabled people, leading a number of National Lottery and European Social Fund projects for disabled people of all ages, whilst managing a range of student and safeguarding support services. In 2003 she gained an MSc Degree in Management Development.
Pam joined Hugh Baird College in 2006 as Student Services Manager, before taking up post as Head of Student Experience in 2015.
As Head of Student Experience Pam is responsible for the development and implementation of the College's support services to students.
