This undergraduate course will offer an opportunity to gain both practical and academic training in the skills and knowledge required to work within the thriving visitor economy of the Liverpool City Region that encompasses the hospitality sector.
The course is flexible and can be studied part time or full time and applications from mature students with relevant experience are particularly welcome.
The course gives the opportunity to take part in a wide variety of live projects to support the visitor economy and undergraduates will learn from some of the region’s best chefs, service staff, hoteliers and restaurateurs. What sets this course apart from others is the vast array support from those directly involved in the regions expansion of the hospitality sector the high standard of expertise to support the training on offer.
Undergraduates will benefit from studying in our multi-million pound University Centre as well as learning within the on-campus, industry-endorsed L20 Hotel School.
