Career College

In 2014, we were one of the first two colleges in the UK to be awarded Career College status. A Career College is a relatively new concept in education, preparing young people aged 14-19 for the world of work. It offers practical training and education designed by industry, with direct input from employers. It differs from our regular College by being a “College within a College”. The Career College includes both vocational and academic learning, combined with employer-led education and entrepreneurial skills. Progression opportunities include employment, apprenticeships and higher education.
