Our FREE online courses are the perfect opportunity to learn something new whilst at home.

Available for anyone aged from 19 - 99+, our courses are introductions to subject areas and are designed to give you confidence and help to stimulate your mind and push your boundaries without even leaving your home.

The FREE online courses vary in length meaning that you can choose the one that best suits your individual circumstances. You do not need any previous qualifications to undertake a course and they are suitable for people of all abilities. Your chosen course can be undertaken at any time, meaning you can fit learning around your other responsibilities.

Managing a Team

This course describes how to manage team performance using different management models and by identifying the different roles and requirements in a team, as well as understanding motivational theory.

Managing Remote Teams

Managing remote teams can require different skills because of the varying locations, time zones, work patterns etc. Additional effort on the part of the leader and the team members is required to achieve the team goals and effective communication is particularly important. Various considerations when managing remote teams are reviewed, including four key factors and team members having complementary roles and responsibilities. Cleaning and Servicing, Level 1 Food Hygiene and First Aid

By completing this course your employees will know how to meet your organisation’s standards, be aware of the different types of equipment in hospitality, understand how to tackle unexpected situations, learn how to perform safe lifting and carrying techniques and become aware of the maintenance procedure.
