“One of the main reasons I chose the L20 Hotel School was because of all the amazing famous chefs that come in to work with you over your time there. One thing that a lot of people don’t realise is that as a student of the L20 Hotel School, you actually run your own restaurant that is open to the public. This was the best bit for me as it was really rewarding to put in to practice all I had learnt in class and actually have paying customers complement my food.”
