You can use the Kiosk on the ground floor of the Balliol building reception to change your password. Simply tap the screen and follow the prompts.
The College has a number of eating outlets:
Balliol Road Campus:

- Port Academy Liverpool building, ground floor
- University Centre (L20 building), ground floor
South Sefton Campus:
- Ground floor
St Winefride's Campus:
- Ground floor

The ICT Helpdesk is available by calling 0151 353 4445 or emailing helpdesk@hughbaird.ac.uk.
The POD is located on the ground floor of the Balliol building (for Balliol Road Campus) and the first floor of the South Sefton Campus. They offer a range of services including careers guidance, counselling, financial support, safeguarding and UCAS guidance.
